Shipping times:
We can currently offer you the following delivery times:
  • Germany 2-5 working days
  • Austria 2-5 working days
  • Shipping with DPD
Please note that during peak periods shipping times may be affected and you may need to check with DPD for their delivery times.
We will send your products free of charge for orders over EUR 49.

Shipping information
The estimated shipping time begins on the day your order is shipped.
Please note that we cannot make changes or cancellations once the order has been placed. Once your order has arrived, please contact us at office@dopetme.com if you have any questions.
Delayed or lost orders
When placing your order, please ensure that you have provided the correct delivery address, as DoPetMe assumes no responsibility for missing packages that were sent to the wrong address or that must be left with a neighbor or an outbuilding upon request.
Any order discrepancies regarding missing and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing via email to office@dopetme.com. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 business days after the shipping date (25 business days for international items)—at which point the shipping carrier classifies the items as lost.
Shipments not received/tracking shows that they were delivered
This can happen when items are sent to work locations. In some cases, your shipment may have been delivered to a mailroom or a colleague within your company, and someone else signed for it.
In these cases, you can request proof of delivery on the delivery service's website.
Please note that we do not refund or replace shipments that are deemed delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you have shipments delivered to a secure address.
Why was my order canceled?
If your order was unexpectedly canceled, it's likely that our fraud filter flagged your order as fraudulent. If you're sure this isn't the case, please ensure the billing address matches the payment method you used and proceed to checkout again. Alternatively, please order again using a PayPal account. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com.
