We offer a 90-day exchange or refund guarantee. This 90-day window begins after your order arrives.

Please note that we are not responsible for paying any customs fees (import duties or taxes) on returns. You are responsible for all costs and fees associated with returning your order. We recommend returning your order using a tracked shipping method or requesting proof of postage, as we cannot refund or exchange lost returns.

Orders returned to the warehouse after the 90-day exchange or refund window have expired will be returned to the customer.

Exchange Policy

You can exchange your purchase within 90 days of receiving the items. Please note that all items must be undamaged to be eligible for an exchange.

We will ship the first exchange free of charge from our warehouse. For any subsequent exchanges, we will ask you to cover the shipping costs.

Refund Policy

We will refund your order to the original payment method once it has been processed in the warehouse.

Please note that this may take 7-14 days after receipt of your order. You will be notified once a refund has been processed.
We are unable to refund purchases made using a payment method other than the one used to purchase the items.

Faulty items

If you receive a defective item, please contact office@dopetme.com within 90 days of receiving the item(s). Please include the following information:

• a description of the problem
